CrossFitRedmond provides a wide range of services to assist you in your pursuit of fitness


Getting Started:
Introduction to CrossFit: Three 1-on-1 classes: $75

Intro courses are individual training sessions that teach the foundational movements and philosophy of the CrossFit methodology.


Group Training:

The core of the CrossFit Redmond training program. Once you have been through the introductory classes you will be ready to train in the Group Program.

Monthly Rates (ask about family rates)

One class per week: $75
Two group training classes per week: $100
Unlimited group training: $150

Drop In: $20 per class session


Personal Training:

By appointment only

Individual Training: $75/one hour session

Small Group Personal Training: 2-4 persons
Two Persons: $40 per person
Three Persons: $35 per person
Four Persons: $30 per person


Team Training: CrossFit Redmond will train your team with an eye towards your specific sport. Also a great option for your office. Contact us to discuss workout planning for your team or office.


Personal and Distance Workout Plans:
Even with less frequent training sessions we can develop an extremely effective program based on your fitness goals. Contact me to discuss this option.
